March 14, 2019 … as always the Thursday Night Jazz at the West Bay Beach was wonderful! Jeff always brings together an amazing group of musicians. Jeff Haas on piano, Bruce Dondero on bass, and Randy Marsh on drums. If you haven’t had the opportunity to hear Nancy Stagnitta play the flute you need to make the effort. Nancy’s tone is the most beautiful I have ever heard, her technic is flawless, and her jazz interpretation/phasing bring a new progressive approach to everything she plays. I had the privilege of playing a few tunes (Stella … Triste … and Dave Hollands “The Oracle”) with the group and had a ball!
