This week 6.8.2026 Monday Jazz @ Brother Don’s showcases featured guest Stephanie Layton on drums & vocals. Stephanie is a multi-instrumentalist & vocalist from Olympia who recently returned to the PNW after a long stint in NYC. Her main gig is fronting jazz band Eden Lane, with appearances at the Rainbow Room, Joe's Pub, Carnegie Hall (technically; it was a very fancy bat mitzvah gig) along with numerous events for fancy folks like Macallan Scotch, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Etsy & The American Federation of Arts. Recent credits include Seattle's 2026 Moisture Fest, Williamstown Theater Festival, Florida Repertory Theater, & drums/percussion gadgets for Bill Irwin's clown act at NYC's Irish Arts Center. Her voice has been compared to Julie London, Karen Carpenter & Lake Street Dive's Rachael Price, and she loves all things slapstick & film noir.
Also in the band Osama Afifi on bass, Eugene Bien on keys and Cliff Colon on sax. Come enjoy great food, your favorite beverage, a kid friendly comfortable atmosphere, and World Class Jazz … Hope to see you!
