Monday Jazz this week 5.15.23 @ Brother Don’s our featured artist will be Eugene Bien, one of the original members of the quartet. We’ve had so many amazing artists join us to share their gifts over the past year we want to highlight one of our band members that made Monday Jazz a success. Eugene is one of the most dynamic, creative, versatile, and sensitive keyboard players around. In addition to performing with nationally-acclaimed musicians like Paul Brown, David Lanz, Ronnie Laws, Tom Braxton, Andy Narrell, Greg Adams, Steve Oliver, and Jeff Kashiwa, Eugene is busy recording and working in his studio. We’ll be doing selections from Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Bill Evans, Duke Ellington, Kieth Jarrett, and more. Special guests are Clipper Anderson on bass and Mark Iverster on drums.
